Tracy HiggsTracy's Story

My business had reached that crisis point where I was doing lots of stuff that should have been generating leads, but the stuff that I was doing wasn't. I checked in with my business coach and we both agreed that what I was doing was the right thing to do. So why wasn't anything happening? My business coach and I were perplexed.

That was until Rosemary took me through a session with role play to help me see my situation from different perspectives. This helped me to understand the needs that I personally had to meet and the inner resources I had to call upon in order for my business to move forward.

Whether that be the mother birthing her child (my business), the playful creativity of the child, the protectiveness of the father, the survival instincts of the grandfather or the resourcefulness of the grandmother. By entering into a dialogue with these archetypes [Rosemary calls them "Little Rascals"] I was able to undertake activities such as the baking of bread that would feed my soul and prepare me for the imminent birth of my business. It was symbolic of how my family's previous generations had always found a way to live on nothing when they had to. By knowing I can live on nothing, I stop being fearful when there aren't enough customers. I know it is simply timing.

This one session taught me the power of stopping. Yes, it's necessary to take action and give out, but there also needs to be a period of inactivity to allow us to reflect and receive the results of our hard work.

The next day a client I had been cultivating committed to 8 sessions of coaching from me. Oh and I enjoyed baking bread so much that I now do it every week!

Rosemary really helped me to move through my resistance. I would recommend Rosemary to anybody willing to take that next step.

Yours faithfully,
