How do we map it out?

Together we create documents that we have found are the basis for moving forward in any project:

• Scope Definition: After reviewing the possibilities, we clearly define what is and is not included in this project.
• Project Map and Navigation: We clarify how different parts of the project relate to each other. We also outline several different navigation pathways for people to use the project.
• Content Governance: Keeping your company’s optimal workflow in mind, we map out your team member’s roles and responsibilities during and after the project. When necessary, we help you write policy, provide examples, train staff, and hire appropriate support.

What’s next?

After Mapping-It-Out, you have the basis to create one of these three documents or paths:

• Hand Spun Digital Estimate: Hire us to Get it Done. When your project is something we do, we automatically send you an estimate for your consideration.
• Realistic Do-It-Yourself Plan: Go for it! When you need some perspective, engage Rosemary Senjem as your Virtual Business Partner for sounding board phone support as you go along.
• Request For Proposal – RFP: You can create this document on your own and then send it to select companies to get bids for completing your project.
  Or we can create it for you, upon request, as part of Mapping-It-Out. When we create your RFP, we are also available to review the proposals with you and help you choose a vendor.
